  • It is recommended to provide as much exact information as possible about the circumstances of the possible violation, for example, the place and time.
  • It is advisable to attach evidence (for example, photographs, audio or video recordings) that may indicate the validity of the relevant action, and to indicate other information that may be useful for identifying and preventing the violation.

Electronic submission form

A written submission to the National Electronic Mass Media Council of Latvia with information about a possible violation of regulatory acts can be submitted:

  • electronically on the portal www.latvija.lv, using an e-mail address;
  • electronically with eParaksts, by sending to the e-mail address neplp@neplp.lv;
  • by mail to the address Doma laukums 8A, Riga, Latvia LV-1939.

If the person submitting wishes to provide additional information, receive a response on the result of the submission review, or remain anonymous, it must be indicated in the submission. Anonymously submitted information is also reviewed.

The National Council for Electronic Mass Media maintains the confidentiality of both the identities associated with submissions and their content.
